CFT is a gentle, hands-on therapy that helps release tension in the body’s fascial and craniosacral systems. It supports the nervous system and encourages deep regulation.
I love it because it’s calming, non-invasive, and safe for all ages — from newborns to adults.

Chiropractic works with joints and alignment, massage works with muscles and soft tissue, and CFT works with fascia and nervous system regulation. However, these other therapeutic modalities work great alongside CFT. They all support the body in different ways.

I see clients for a wide variety of reasons, including:
Nursing or feeding struggles
Tongue/lip ties (before or after release)
Reflux, colic, constipation, or general fussiness
Torticollis and head shape concerns
Sensory issues, anxiety, sleep struggles, or ADHD
TMJ, headaches, chronic tension or stress
Emotional regulation and developmental support

Absolutely. I work with many babies just days or weeks old. CFT is one of the gentlest forms of bodywork — I always follow your baby’s cues and go at their pace. Most babies respond really well and often relax deeply during sessions.

No referral is needed. I often collaborate with other care providers when it’s helpful, but you’re welcome to book directly with me at any time.

Here’s a quick breakdown: - Initial sessions (infant, child, or adult): 60 minutes - Follow-up sessions: 30 or 60 minutes - Phone consults for milestone questions: 30 minutes

That depends on the person and the concern. Some people feel a shift after just one session, while others benefit from consistent support over time. I’ll always give you honest feedback and let your body lead the way.
We typically always notice some sort of changes within the first 4 sessions.

You or your child will stay fully clothed and comfortable — either on my treatment table or in your arms, depending on age.
I use gentle pressure and slow, intentional touch to help release fascial tension and support regulation. Most people find sessions incredibly relaxing.

With kids you are welcome to bring favorite items that might help them to relax or sustain attention during sessions.
